Import conversations from a Zendesk export
Move your old conversations from a Zendesk export into OHSupport.
Export your data from Zendesk. Then upload the export file in OHSupport.
OHSupport imports the conversations, contacts and internal notes into the brand that you select.
After the import, forward your support address to OHSupport. Read the article Forward your support address to OHSupport.
Your customers use the same address as before.
