Verify your sending domain (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Add DNS records so that OHSupport can send replies from your domain.
OHSupport sends your replies through Refresh. Refresh is the email platform of Obsidian Heron.
To send as support@yourcompany.com, your domain must have DNS records. The records show that OHSupport can send email for your domain.
Open Settings in the app. Only owners and admins can see this page. Find your brand, then select Set up sending domain.
OHSupport shows a table of DNS records. Add each record at the DNS provider of your domain. Use the type, the name and the value exactly as shown.
Then select Verify. Refresh examines the records some minutes later. Select Verify again to see the new status.
DNS changes can take some hours. When the status is Verified, OHSupport sends your replies from your domain. OHSupport cannot send replies from your domain before the domain is verified.
WARNING: Do not remove the DNS records after the verification. If you remove them, OHSupport cannot send email from your domain.
